Potholes, rough surface and cracks in road

On the corner of Church Street at the bottom of Ralph Allen Drive are some bad potholes that require driving around to prevent damage to your vehicle. Then as you continue up Ralph Allen Drive, there’s regular grooves/cracks in the road spanning the width of the road. The rough surface has been there at least 6 months and I reported and was told it wasn’t bad enough to be fixed but now with now with the potholes too, it’s getting dangerous to my vehicle driving up it and is a large area affected.
