Dangerous access to cycle lane

As well as the small area of cycle cut through to Clinton Road being flooded, with the lack of road markings it's extremely dangerous for cyclists to get to it from the opposite side of the road. There are no yellow lines to stop cars from obstructing the entrance to it and there's two lanes that cyclists have to cross. I cycle it every day and it's really difficult to get across in morning rush hour. Please add some markings to the road so people don't park across it.
