Drain still overflowing

Drains on left coming down the hill between fluffs farm and the 3 field gates .as previously raised and a team where out last week the drain is still overflowing and the 2 below are blocked.the ditch below on the left where the drain feeds into appears filled above the pipe with sludge and gravel.

Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
