A resident has reported "On Saturday morning, one of our neighbours (who lives in the row of cottages between the cul-de-sac entrance and traffic lights) advised us that he was out at the front of his property, at 3am that morning, during the heavy rain, trying to stop water from entering at the front of his property, and those of others."
