USRN : 09403453 Street : CIRENCESTER FOOTPATH 29 Number : ZCC29 Type : FP Between the section identified by 2 blue crosses in attachment "Footpath 1". Attachment "Footpath 2" shows the route of the footpath to be on the easterly side of the field boundary. Attachment "Footpath 3" shows a view of the hedgerow looking in a SSW direction. The route of the footpath is on the easterly (left) of the hedge row but access is blocked by a metal fence. Instead, temporary metal fencing directs walkers to the westerly (right) of the hedgerow. I understand the fencing has been erected in connection with the Steadings housing development to the south of Cirecester
