Flood and uneven road Harrier Drive, Didcot

This road has been unsafe for a few years now, the blocks on the road are very uneven and are causing people to trip over, including myself. There is also a dip in the road which causes flooding which comes up to our house. My neighbour has also reported this! When the water dries up after days of flooding, there is lots of mud which can also be very slippy. We get flooded grass and we can't even access our path way to our house. Please may these two health and safety concerns be addressed as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
