Overgrown hedgerow on footpath

A resident has reported the hedgerow along The Hobble footpath which leads to Southampton St being terribly overgrown for pedestrians. In need of clearance asap.

Not easy to captrure in a photo but this hedge fully encroaches the width of the footpath, if you are taller than 5 foot tall, you need to duck down to avoid it. Not pleasant to brush into it when its soaked with rainwater.
