No23 Hilcourt is under construction. The vehicles used by the builder, Belvedere construction, have completely destroyed the well maintained grass verges. The vehicles have transferred mud to the pavement and road. They are also an obstruction to pedestrians and vehicles. There are no parking restrictions at this location but it is a very sharp bend. When the vans and trucks are parked they force other road users to drive on the wrong side of the road on a blind bend.

    Problem now much worse as no enforcement from the police or council. Grass verges looks like there's been an off roading event on it!
