Why has the bus shelter that was damaged not been replaced. This has gone on to long can we have an answer as to when this will be sorted .

It's November 2024. Still no replacement bus shelter opposite Norton Hill School after MANY MONTHS of silence. Soon there will be pouring rain, fog, ice, snow, sleet and freezing rain for First Bus customers to endure. Even Santa will need shelter whilst he rests his reindeer in Charlton Road. No updates from Banes Highways Dept. Please sort it for the many elderly and vulnerable folk who use this important bus stop. Happy Christmas!!!!
