As I have told you twice before (in February and May) the problem is not with the gully, but that the link drain under the road is blocked.

There is no point whatever in scheduling "reactive gully cleaning" without actually fixing the blocked drain.

Please this time, could you be so good as to leave this report open until the flooding is actually fixed.

    I didn't think there had been enough snow to make this amount of water, I was surprised

    I don't think it is fair on the bin collection teams to force them to wade through this cold water!

    When are you going to do anything about this problem?
