The path from the car park to the Elms Primary School has an overgrown foliage hanging over the wall onto the path. Every morning when the children are walking up to school to let them walk on the inside of the path people have to step into the road, with cars coming down to park it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hit by a car. Also the trees over hang the path and need to be cut back.
