There is some long-standing kit here which should be removed and disposed of: 1x bike D-lock with attached metal wire at floor level. This constitutes a trip hazard. See foreground of attached photo. 1x rusted, light green bike with missing wheel. Visible toward rear of attached photo. This is also secured to a railing with a D-lock.

Both D-locks are max 1cm diameter.
