Shrubs overhanging pavement

Shrubs need cutting as covering over half of pavement and forcing prams and wheelchairs into the road. Road is used by lots of lorries and vans which do not stick to the 30mph speed limit so this is very dangerous and on a route from local nursery preschool.

Can you please serve a notice on the land owners to cut these before there is an accident. A lot of young children use this route every day. I would also suggest a mobile speed camera is set up along this stretch of road as it is really dangerous.

During wet weather the pavement becomes even more unusable.
