Continued issue with this resident of Heol Pandy

Previously reported on a few occasions for skips placed here for building material, they've been spoken to by the relevant person from the local authority, skips have then been removed. The slab is not for parking or skips to be placed and as previously mentioned, was built without permission by a previous BCBC Tenant. This time, no skip placed, but on two occasions now, building waste (roof tiles) have been dumped on this slab of concrete, this would amount to fly tipping and the person(s) responsible this time, should face prosecution. Repeat offender from the property in front who is a social housing resident of BCBC, the housing department should also be involved to make it absolutely clear that residents of the street behind do not want to see building waste dumped on their street. Take a look at the state of Craig Glas where skips and waste is dumped on the social housing driveways and gardens, it looks terrible, not wanted down here.

You have informed that this case is closed as the land belongs to V2C?? I was not aware that they were responsible for grass verges? This land is beyond the boundary of the property and I'd suggest that your inspector takes a closer look! There has been another few loads dumped there today, now spilling onto the road and the grass itself. The concrete slab, as previously explained was laid without permission by a previous resident of the address at Heol Pandy. Check the land registry, this is a BCBC issue and does amount to that of flytipping. Fulfil your obligations to residents and address this issue. There will be a lot more complaints heading your way if you choose not to.

Please find attached a copy of your own map outlining 39 Heol Pandy, it's boundary and the grass verge. Note that the concrete that the building waste has been dumped on IS NOT marked on the map, as it simply should not be there! This is from YOUR OWN SYSTEM! so please, provide an update on this, at your earliest convenience.
