Still not been fixed, NCC will botch the loose brickwork on millennium walk but will leave a light not working for years

NCC claim it’s not their land it’s the developers and the developers claim it’s NCC, great so nobody owns the land there or the road adjacent to Amber close where the lights haven’t worked for years.
Next plan, I’m going to build some garages there and rent them out if the land is free and nobody owns it…..

Maybe it’s about time NCC started communicating with Taylor Wimpey on this topic as this light and the 3 lights that haven’t worked for years are clearly the developers responsibility but it is in Newport, let’s get them responsible for it or at least start the ball rolling for NCC to adopt the land, this cannot be ignored and some questions need to be asked to get this resolved and manageable

Ncc please get in touch with taylor wimpey, after 8+ years i think its now time you took ownership of this area and start asking questions about adopting all of rodney road and millennium walk, this cannot continue to be ignored this is a road and footpath in your so called city.
Its no wonder the people of wales want labour out as unless you are capitol the rest of wales gets ignored and left to ruin!!!!!!
