Hugh sunken manhole

This has been reported numerous times as far back as April and it has still not been fixed. There is a substantial sunken manhole which is dangerous. It's a very busy road with lots of traffic trying to access motorway. I witnessed a near miss yesterday when someone swerved to avoid this and almost went into another car. It deep enough to damage the front on a low vehicle amd cause substantial damage. As thisbhas been reported so many times with apparently no action, if anything happens to someone's car they only have to check how many reports have been made to lay claim to negligence . Please just fix it !
