Flytipping & bins bl9cking pavements

There is rubbish in white bags and plastic boxes dumped on the pavement inbetween the bins. Some of this has been there for months. It smells and I have seen rats. There is also a problem getting wheelchairs and prams past the bins that are constantly left out on the street. There is a ginnel for them to be moved on non bin days. It's a busy corner and the bins and rubbish left on the pavement means children and disabled people have to go on the road.

There are still white sacks full of rubbish thrown on the street inbetween the bins.

The rubbish is still there that I originally posted and now it is getting worse. The local businesses need to keep the pavements clear of rubbish and bins

I reported the rubbish two months ago still not moved and more rubbish added.
