On going issue past 5 years.The village clerk has been in contact with OCC and highways on our behalf. The ditch does not flow and floods into our garden and the house is under threat. We have to use pumps to preserve our house. Contractors here in August. ??? What work was undertaken as the problem has not been resolved.
