Collapsed drain outside Greenbanks/Kirremuir

Despite drains being cleared today along the whole lane, the drain outside Kirremuir isn’t draining downstream to the one outside Greenbanks. In March 2020 a contractor painted a cross outside greenbanks where they thought there was a collapsed or blocked drain. It has never been investigated further. Consequently water always runs over the surface between the two drains, even during light rain.

There’s been no update on this at all. But then the problem has existed for years (as long as we’ve lived here).
