On the street corner of Goulter Street and Queen Ann Road, there is a bench situated on this street corner where parents and other residents tend to gather during school drop-off and pick-up hours, as well as outside of school hours. The individuals who congregate here often drop cans and other litter around the bench and on the grass behind said bench, which then ends up blowing down Goulter Street, much to the annoyance of neighbours.

I believe that this area would stand to benefit from having a bin be placed here.
