Before I state the issue, please note that I have been injured as a result of this fall on the area described below and have taken photographic evidence to show the injury I have sustained today - 14.9.24/10:28 am. Please issue me with a claim number for this report. As you can see from the above photographs (and I have more) this area is an extremely poor and dangerous state (hence my fall this morning). The area I tripped on is below the level of the main paving stones - approximately 1-2.5 cm deep and approximately 10-15 cm wide. This depression is also extremely rough in texture. The paving stone directly in front (and beyond) of this depression is also in a poor state. I have no idea how long this has been an issue, but I suspect it has been like that for quite some time judging by the state it is in.
