Still flooded. my fathers who is blind has just been stuck in it. couldnt tell where the path was and tripped. Please sort this urgently

Still not fixed and this is just from the light rain we have had over the past couple of days, the drains are full of earth and require jetting or a vac ex to attend to clear the blockage my children and me where standing waiting to cross the road and a car avoided the puddle but went the wrong side and almost mounted the kerb this has now become a dangerous area and it is eroding the road surface which has become slippery and dangerous to vehicles and pedestrians please fix asap as this situation is going on for over a year now with nothing being sorted, all it will take is a vac ex ten minutes to clear the drains and problem sorted.
