Whole length of road is in atrocious condition

THE WHOLE LENGTH OF TINKLEY LANE IS IN ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CONDITION. IT HAS SOME POTHOLES WHICH WHITE PAINT AROUND BUT THE WHOLE ROAD IS ABSOLUTELY WRECKING MY SUSPENSION. iTS ALREADY COST ME A £1000, NOT TO MENTION 2 PUNCTURES THIS WEEK, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. EVEN THE PASSING LAY BYS ARE AWFUL, ITS LIKE DRIVING OVER HUGE BOIULDERS IN SOME CASES, I HAVE TO USE THIS LANE TO GET TO WORK EVERY DAY AS ALL OTHER ROUTES TAKE TOO LONG. IT NEEDS RESURFACING FROM START TO FINISH INSTEAD OF KEEP PATCHING IT UP. THIS HAD BEEN ONGOING FOR YEARS

Thank you for reporting a pothole.
First, a safety inspector will visit the location to assess whether a repair needs to be completed and plan the work needed. Works are prioritised based on the urgency of the situation. The council aim to repair all significant potholes (more than 4cm deep and 30cm wide) within 28 days.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
