  • This is the same problem that is reported multiple times every year. There is a message here to say it is being investigated then sometimes one to say it has been fixed which is untrue. Then the issue is closed because it has been “fixed” or last year it was closed because it was seasonal. We have provided contact numbers, photos, nothing seems to help.
