Parking on pavements

In the evenings the parking on the pavements around the cul-de-sac towards number 12 Springfield gardens is getting so ridiculous that when my wheelchair bound mother comes to visit we cannot actually walk out of the estate without having to go on the road however if a car does come round unless we are next to someone’s drive with the kerb dropped we cannot get out the centre of the road. It happens in the daytime too but majority of the time is in the evening when people come back from work. The issues has become increasingly worse over the last six months. We find this very unnerving
