Overhanging trees

This was first reported in July last year via Fix my street and has since been reported via councillor Sarah Moore, to BANES directly and again via Fix my street. I have been waiting for a call from someone from tree management but am yet to hear anything from anybody. As well as making a mess of our expensive astroturfing particularly when it drops its leaves in the autumn it is now virtually covering the washing line and is directly affecting the Sky signal to the dish with most channels now unwatchable. Not asking for anything drastic to be done to it but we would like it trimming back considerably! Thank you in advance and look forward to some sort of action soon!
