Abandoned road sign

There is an abandoned road sign on the pavement, some fallen branches, and a numbr of Estate Agent signs that have not been removed (houses/flats sold some time ago)

Yellow Diversion Sign - Instruction has been sent to the contractor this morning to collect this sign. Should be collected today or tomorrow.
Branches/Bushes - Investigation is ongoing as to who owns the bushes and when/if they can be cut back.
Signs - The individual estate agents are responsible for removing these. Investigation is ongoing as to whether Bristol City Council can take any action to have these removed.
