Trees fell during storm and broke residential dwelling fence line

Fence line is damaged by trees falling during storms this year and in previous years that were reported by letter however no response from Highways or the NFDC. This fence needs repair or replacement so that the residents do not fear their livestock and pets will access the busy A34 the broken fence does not get worse to the point it is beyond repair and the property is secure.

The tree that fell on MY fence during a storm IS on land owned by Hampshire Highways and therefore the responsibility for repairing MY boundary fence is YOUR responsibility.
If you refuse to do this having not attended the location which has been sent to you on 3 occasions you will leave me no alternative but to seek compensation and costs via other means available to me.
