Right turn lane road markings

On the approach to the M3 J11 roundabout from Winchester the left lane is for left turn only on to Hockley link. However, the two sets of markings indicating left turn only are barely visible. This results in vehicles on the left lane using it to go straight on to the M3 J11. I have twice witnessed vehicles pulling out in front from Hockley link in front of vehicles that are using the left lane to go onto the M3, as they were expecting them to go left not straight on. This is dangerous. Please restore the left hand and straight on road markings to reduce the likelihood of a collision.
