This vehicle is parked in the garages where it shouldn’t be it is sorn and not taxed or mot and has had a notice on it previously and has been ripped off and continued to park there when it’s not supposed to be in a road. Also partly blocking the gates to the back of the houses as there is elderly people who have to try get in and out with mobility scooters ect.
