Broken gate latch

Reported before but whomsoever inspected it went to the wrong field (the gate before the bridge across the stream that is off its hinges). This gate is in the field next to where 2 horses are stabled.

Latch on gate has been broken for a while now and before the rest of the gate comes of its hinges it might be wise to fix it to avoid this happening and extra expense.
