A Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging problem has been found by West Northamptonshire Council complaint about the state of the road sign when turning into Ringwood close also the state off the overgrown hedge going onto leyland drive .it has taken up most of the path meaning unable to walk there .i now have to walk on the road or cross to otherside .it needs cutting back drastically by the homeowner

  • Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
