At the end of Hatching Lane Leafield is an overgrown sign stating "Not suitable for HGV's", yet this morning 15-20 Thames Water marked HGVs carrying earth are coming into Leafield on Lower End and turning down narrow Hatching Lane to deposit contents on Cornbury Park private land. Road temp painted CBRP, yet signs end village stating no 7.5T vehicles . Rang Estate Office and they said nothing to do with them yet the deposits are on Cornbury private land.

The contents from the Thames Water branded trucks is human excrement which stinks to high heaven left in the hot sun and with the wind blowing towards leafield from Cornbury Park it constantly smells of drains. Either way HGV's should not be using Leafield narrow lanes and roads especially when marked not suitable and should not be travelling in convoys at 0600-0700 each morning when everyone asleep with windows open in summer
