Massively overgrown bushes at the rear of 1, 2 & 3 Selbourne Close, accessed from Furnival Street. These bushes have not been cut/pruned/managed for over 2 years. Some of them are now becoming as tall as trees and, although this might offer privacy, it also encourages rats, litter and tipping of other people’s garden waste. This is not acceptable. I even found a damaged men’s bike dumped against my back gate! The whole area looks an eyesore. I would politely request that this area, owned by the Local Authority be regularly maintained by them, starting as a matter of urgency,
