Drain cover has sunken significantly

This drain cover is gradually sinking as obviously the brickwork must be damaged and with cars, vans and also the heavy refuse bin vehicle going over this, is making this get worse. It is on the edge of a parking area so vehicles do go over this. The kerb is damaged and sunken as well. It is a trip hazard as well as a health and safety risk to cyclists. It does not do cars any good either!
