Church Lane Bus Stop (Northbound) no longer visible

I previously reported the southbound bus stop markings being eroded, causing cars to park in the lay-by and preventing the busses from using it. This report apparently progressed to 'work ordered' but no further information has been received.
Since making that report, other parishioners have come forward to complain of the same issues on the other side of the road.
There is a 'Bus Stop' in that area and it still appears on google maps, however it has not been repainted for decades (probably due to the fact that cars are always parked in there.)
I have attached google screen shots to show the extent of the lay-by and the the completely worn out surface in both lay-bys.
Is the B4022 through the village scheduled for resurfacing? Could the remarking of bus stops be included if so? The current state of the surface in both areas mean that any road paint is not likely to adhere or remain for very long.
