This person seemed to be having trouble turning their vehicle around at about 13:30 ish - lots of honking and shouting drew my attention - this afternoon and at 19:00 it is still there. It is blocking a lane of traffic very near a corner. Irresponsible 'parking' again in Yorkhill.
