• A member of the streets team has attended the property and carried out a investigation which they have said it is a responsibility for Thames water. resident has been in contact with Thames water. They have stated that there is a blockage between ground water chamber and street gulley. Thames have taken pictures of this and has said it is Bromley councils responsibility.
