This is the main path from Hailey to Witney to access schools, shops etc. It is now completely inaccessible to wheelchairs/ pushchairs etc. Also bipeds will need to move onto the road at many points because of the hedging. This is a busy stretch of road and not safe to walk on. Wheelchair users currently need to wheel on the road also not safe .
