There are no signs to suggest that cycling is prohibited in The Dell or The Botanical Gardens . Therefore cyclists use both for their own enjoyment. There are signs requiring dogs to be kept on leads in both areas. There are signs asking park users not to feed the birds, squirrels and rats. When will NO CYCLING signs be posted?
