10/07/24 email rcvd (trail attached) - The pedestrian lights by this junction have a 15 second ‘all red’ phase. This is far too long. A month ago it was around 5 seconds. This extension to the all red phase has happened previously. As you will appreciate it is causing tailbacks and frustration.
Please could it be reset.
