I feel like Elmer’s End is abandoned town by Bromley Council, specifically Croydon Road towards to big Tesco’s, there litter in the pavements, the bin next to the 367/356 is always full, there are wires coming from the flats all outside, looks very ugly. But the big problem are the litters in the pavement is awful
