Traffic lights can’t see the green light due to Louvre mis aligned

The traffic lights green signal has louvres and cannot be seen illuminated from the stationary position. Louvres on all of the lights need adjusting so the=at they can be seen appropriately - causing issues with traffic as they can’t see they are on green and don’t go, in case the red and amber has possibly failed . TRAFFIC HAZARD and not acceptable
