• I spoke to the chap from ground force and told him that you usually come a couple of times a year and cut down the pyracantha and brambles to just above our wall to stop the brambles coming over into our garden. He came into the garden to have a look. He then said he did not have a cutter with him which would cut through the thickness of the stems and would come back today with the proper cutters. He is not been back and as far as I am concerned the job has not been done.

• My husband spoke to the workman who did cut some of it & asked to take it level with the wall . He said he didn’t have the right equipment & would be back …… that was 2weeks ago so far nothing . We did report it again . Thanks
