Traffic light sequence

The traffic light sequence / timeframe that is on green has changed dramatically. The traffic that it is causing and the blockages too, where the Hempsted traffic is fully blocking the Bristol Road to Quedgeley x2 lanes constantly and daily. There really should be a big yellow box, or keep clear sign, across that section, so that Hempsted cannot block it when going across and over this section. You are constantly unable to either turn left to head in to Quedgeley and then when you do get across, you’re sat in 1 of the 2 lanes gridlocked, whilst the sequence only lets 4-5 cars through each time. It’s pure chaos. Please can you update me with an outcome / resolution, as this is becoming silly now, with the volume of traffic across these lights please GCC.
