  Our drainage service providers have attended site and are unable to cleans the drain at this location due to a stuck cover / damaged frame, so we have referred this enquiry over to our Highways department to undertake the freeing up / repair of the gully.

  This report will be left open until the works have been undertaken, but please note that stuck covers are part of minor works and the repair / freeing up will take longer than our normal service aims, we are also unable to advise on a time frame for the works, but rest assured we will ensure that the works are carried out at the earliest opportunity.

• Thanks for your patience with this issue, the contractors have arranged traffic management and will attempt to clean the gully within the coming work days.
