The drain / gutters havent been cleared since winter and there is s build up of road waste and decayed leaves. Every time it rains the water builds up and sits there. This is outside number 17 and 18 and on both sides of the road. In heavy rain the water is running across from one side of the road to the other, towards17 & 18, and not draining away.
