Unfortunately Aragon Direct Services do not remove graffiti from bus shelters, this is the responsibility of the team who look after bus shelters.
Your report has been passed directly to them for their attention, and if they want Aragon Direct to clear it, they will then arrange directly, or they will use their own contractors.
