Massively overgrown tree causing all kinds of issues

The tree directly outside my house is obstructing my house and destroying my vehicles and driveway and house. It completely darkens my house and prevents sun from entering causing the bills to sky rocket for heating. Causing issues under the house and driveway where roots are gowing. The WiFi is affected as the wires are caught inside. It's completely covering the top of my roof and causing roof issues. It obstructs the pathway. Everyone in the street is sick of it!!
