LBB is already aware and this matter has been referred to Thames Water for action as this issue is due to an apparent sub-surface water leak.

As the pothole is getting larger and the danger increased and no action appears to taking place I took it upon myself to phone TW this morning. They stated that they inspected the site on Wednesday and they have concluded that it is your responsibilty. Please sort this ASAP before someone get hurt.

As per previous update i have had a call from Thames Water and they have concluded that the pot hole was not caused by them and is to be fixed by Bromley Highways. Please amend this as soon as possible. Thank you

Thames Waters' previous advice was incorrect as has now been established. Please be advised that the issue, here, has been caused by a nearby defective fire hydrant. Thames Water are on-site to address the sub-surface leak and repair the pothole that formed as a result of this.

Thank you for repairing the pothole. This will stop any immediate damage to vehicles. Unfortunately the water leak which caused the pothole is still leaking and there is water on the road surface. In time a further pothole will develop? Please could you liaise with Thames Water.
